Meet the Bungwells. Burford, Urdella’s husband, and Moonroy’s father. is well intentioned—–most of the time, anyway, and naive. Burford and Urdella (Urdie) both believe the advertising they hear, and buy things they don’t need.
The Bungwell comic is about a family facing the same things we all do. It’s not about politics, and doesn’t try to force any political belief on the reader.
While not comparing the quality of the Bungwell comic to any of these classic comic strips, the same intention exists for this one as I believe the creators of Peanuts, Garfield, and Hagar the Horrible had—fun. The comic is just for fun!
